How to Load My Golf Cart on to the Rear of a Travel Trailer
- 1). Place the ramps on the travel trailer. Leave about 6 inches of ramp on the trailer with the rest extending to the ground. Drive the golf cart to the rear of the trailer. Stop the cart a few feet from the ramps. Align the ramps with the front tires on the golf cart.
- 2). Put the wood blocks in front and behind each tire of the trailer. The trailer must remain stable during the loading process. Make sure the front and rear tires of the cart are in perfect alignment with the ramps. Slowly drive the golf cart up the ramps. Once the cart is on the trailer, drive it as far forward as possible.
- 3). Remove the ramps and place them securely on the trailer. Take the blocks from from the tires of your trailer. Place a block in front of and behind each tire of the golf cart. Take the sections of rope and tie the cart securely to the front of the trailer in two places and also to the rear in two places. The cart should be secure enough now to travel. To dismount the cart from the trailer, simply reverse the process.
