How Can I Fill Up Original HP Laser Cartridges?
- Toner suited to your printer can easily be purchased online; you simply need to know the brand and make of your printer. A bottle of replacement toner is usually enough to refill your HP cartridge twice.
- Choose a breeze-free work area on a hard-surface flooring (toner will never come out of carpeting should an accident occur) with a stable table or counter surface well covered by bin liners or old newspaper. Gently pull the rubber plug or peel away the seal covering the small toner hole at one end of the cartridge.
- Hold the empty cartridge stable and invert the refill bottle of toner into the hole, allowing about half the bottle to fall into the cartridge. Hold both the cartridge and the toner as steadily as possible. Firmly replace the stopper. Holding the stopper with your finger, gently shake the cartridge several times to distribute toner throughout the cartridge. Reinstall the printer cartridge and print a page or two as a test.
