Now bring both your knees and pelvis towards your chest and hold for a few seconds.

Abdominal Sit Ups Use a mat and get on your back and keep your feet flat on the ground and your knees bent.
Now put your hands on either side of your head.
Now you have to get your elbows to touch your knees.
You have to really focus such that your middle area is contracted.
Once you have moved forward you then slowly lie back and repeat.

Flutter Quick Oblique Crunches Use a mat and get on your back and your hands behind your head.
Your legs should be straight but couple of inches off the ground.
You now have to raise one knee and touch the elbow on the opposite side.
Repeat this with other knee and elbow.
Do this slowly and what you will be trying to do is ride a bike while on your back.
