How do you find the best home based business system and resources? If you are like me and I am sure plenty of others, you can spent hours on the internet putting in your email details on every site that promises to send you the secrets to their success, reading countless testimonials and reviews in the hope that you will find a way to make big bucks with nothing but what you carry as loose change in your pockets! It has certainly become a mine field of internet business opportunities.
There seems to be literally hundreds if not thousands of supposed ways to make a fortune over night while you sleep and all so simple to do.
I, like so many others before me, and so many who will follow, love the sound of having my own internet home based business as an affiliate marketer that spends no more than a couple of hours every day on the internet writing articles and blogs about someone elses products, then receiving a healthy check at the end of the month to do what I like with.
But is it that simple? Well, according to the thousands of websites and emails bombarding my browser and email inbox it is, even for someone as computer illiterate as myself there seems to be hope.
So I did a lot of home work on the subject, from reading special reports, listening to podcasts, brought a few books and tried to find the internet marketing system secrets that these lucky few geniuses have managed to crack, and are now so willing to share with the rest of the world, for a small fee of course!.
During all of this research I was constantly reminded of at least 3 different quotes, or should I say words of wisdom that have been imparted on me over the years and seem to ring true in this industry as well as many others.

I can teach you how to make a million dollars, give me $1000 and I'll teach you how! All cynical views of the internet marketing industry, but when you have had as little money as I have for so long, you get good at looking very deeply at things before paying out any hard earned cash.
Anyway back to the story! after many weeks of checking out the possibilities I took the plunge to get something started, the biggest problem was where and how, so I decided to go with the basics that the majority of information I had looked at, suggested.
The common theme is get a ClickBank account, a PayPal account, choose products from ClickBank market place and promote them online.
All sounds easy so far.
I got there and got stuck.
I needed a step by step walk me threw, holding my hand type of instruction if my online income was ever going to be a reality.
I checked out the various home business resource sites and found exactly what I needed! It didn't break the bank and I was able to find simple systems and other additives to help grow from basic affiliate marketing to setting up my own website and creating a passive income.
The theory all seems to be there.
The tools are all easy enough to find and use.
I have to yet put a lot of the information into practice but so far it seems positive and very possible.
I can't guarantee it is for every body but if your want your piece of the internet marketing revolution, in my experiences thus far, I would say start simple with the products that are readily available so you don't have to re invent the wheel.
