Things You'll Need
Instructions
Plain Yogurt and Avocado
1Cut one medium-sized avocado in half. Remove the pit with a fork and spoon. Scoop out the avocado's flesh and place in a medium-sized bowl. Mash the avocado well with a fork.
2
Add 1 cup plain yogurt, one egg white and 1 tablespoon honey to the bowl. Stir the ingredients until they're well-incorporated.
3
Apply a thick layer of the mask to your entire face. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.
4
Rinse off the mask with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry with a towel. Refrigerate the remaining mask in an airtight container for up to one week. Reapply the mask as desired.
Plain Yogurt, Oatmeal and Baking Soda
1Peel one small to medium-sized cucumber. Toss out the peels and cut the cucumber into thin slices. Mash them in a medium-sized bowl with a fork.
2
Add 1 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup baking soda and 1/4 cup oatmeal to the bowl. Stir well. If the mixture seems too thick, thin it out with additional plain yogurt. Stir the ingredients until they're well-incorporated.
3
Apply a thick layer of the yogurt and oatmeal mask to your face. Allow it to sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
4
Rinse off the mask with warm water and pat your skin dry with a soft towel. Refrigerate the remaining mask in an airtight container for up to one week. Reapply the mask as desired.
