If you want to have the best cost-effective family backyard fun and exercise at the same time, the trampoline is the answer.
One of the most efficient ways to entice the kids to come out of their rooms is to offer them something they will surely enjoy - the calorie burning jumping activities done only on the trampoline.
Not a single member of the family can say that they do not enjoy jumping and bouncing off a springy mat, just like what normal kids when they are still kids.

They provide additional support and can spell the extra durability of your trampoline so that it would be able to provide you with years and years of backyard fun and exercise.
Now, the activity on the kid's trampoline need not be confined on jumping alone.
You can add to the excitement by making variations on different regular games and incorporate them with the outdoor trampoline.
For example, before the kids get wind of performing wrestling on the trampoline, introduce the idea to them but create certain rules to avoid anybody getting hurt.
