What is a Panic Attack? A panic attack is a temporary feeling of great physical pain or discomfort, usually brought on from high anxiety.
People that suffer from panic attacks due to high anxiety are considered to have Anxiety disorder.
Anxiety disorder is when a person is building up a great deal of anxiety through out the day until they have a panic attack, or someone who feels fine one moment but after a shock or surprise, their anxiety levels fly up and cause a panic attack.
Physical Symptoms One Might Feel During An Attack.
  • Racing heart and tingling sensations
  • Obsessive worries and unwanted thoughts
  • Constant chest tightness from anxiety
  • Dizzy spells resulting in panic
  • Hot flashes leading up to waves of anxiety
  • Feeling disconnected to what is going on around you
  • Tightness in chest and throat- shortness of breath
  • Overwhelming fear that the anxiety will push you over the edge?

  • Often feeling on edge or restless
