How to Oil a Glock 27
- 1). Place one drop of Glock oil onto your index finger and slowly rub your finger back and forth on the slide rails of the weapon until it is properly lubricated. This process should only take approximately 15 to 20 seconds to do properly as it is a fairly small area of the gun.
- 2). Place another drop of oil onto your index finger and rub your finger back and forth between the area where the trigger bar joins the connector. This is the most crucial area of the weapon in that it ensures that the weapon fires normally when in use. Rub your finger along this area for approximately 30 seconds.
- 3). Squeeze another drop of oil onto your index finger and rub it back and forth over the barrel of the gun where it rubs against the slide. This ensures that the barrel can easily move when the gun is firing and can easily access the next bullet in the chamber. This process should only take approximately 10 to 15 seconds.
