Honda Dream Yuga Successful, Honda to Launch More Dream Bikes

Honda bikes are all set to expand their hold over Indian two-wheeler market with the launch of more Honda Dream Series bikes in coming year. Honda India has a very clear cut vision of conquering the Indian market by 2020 by displacing both their rivals Bajaj Auto and Hero India. Honda is trying to produce moreHonda Dream Series bikes, which Honda thinks will help it to establish itself as a self entity in the market after Hero-Honda split. Honda is trying to reform its image as a separate entity after the split because Hero being Indian brand got most of the benefit in reputation from Hero-Honda JV.

The initial step taken in regards of increasing the sales graph in India is by launching of their 110 cc Honda Dream Yuga bikes. These Honda Dream series bikes were launched in India in JuneEUR(TM)2012, which has been appreciated a lot by critics and commuters. Honda Dream Yuga price is Rs 44,000 (prices can vary).Honda is facing tough competition from Hero India, which is generating high revenues from mainly its two bikes - Passion and Splendor. Thus, Honda India is eyeing of adding low cost bikes with best-in class features in Indian market.

The main Honda Dream Yuga features include a fuel gauge (analogue) and a speedometer which enhances its outer looks. Other features are low fuel and lower battery indicators, elongated seat, chain case (a complete set), gear level (chock-full), passenger footrest, pass-light etc. These Honda bikes are attached with 110cc SI (air-cooled), single stroke, 4-cylinder, kick start/stop and 4 manual gears. These Honda bikes provide a topmost power of 9 bhp output @ 8000 rpm along with 9 NM of highest torque @ 6000 rpm. The total weight of it is about 108 kg and comes with a wheelbase of about 1262 mm. It runs perfectly over Indian terrain roads due to its tubeless spoke/ alloy tyres with a perfect wheel size of 70/100 attached with 17mm front side and 80/100 also attached with 17mm on rear side. It provides fuel economy of 55 kpl and 70 kpl respectively over city and highway roads. Thus, these 110 cc bikes scores perfectly on its mileage front which provides a perfect 72 km/l during its test drive.

Honda Dream Yuga pictures clearly reveal that these bikes are available in more than one colour and these pictures provide clear idea on exterior looks of the bike. HMSI is working intensely by imposing new techniques and expertise by introduction of their Honda Dream Series commuters bikes in different divisions as well. The latest version of these Honda Dream Series bikes will be launched in 125cc section squaring with HeroEUR(TM)s Splendor bikes. With the launch of HMSI 125 cc bikes, Honda will surely march forward aggressively with putting a deeper impact over the Indian two-wheeler market. Honda already possesses great 150 cc bikes in their armory like CBR150R, Unicorn, CBR250R and Dazzler, and now these HMSI bikes are all set to take over the challenge put infront of them from other two-wheeler giants in India, and HMSI will also counter them with their best and reliable models launched under their Honda Dream Series bikes.
