Panic Attack?
They may start from an event or an appointment you have a month down the road or they may come on suddenly from some unexpected situation you find yourself in.
The uneasy feelings may even be there for no apparent reason, an ever present heaviness that doesn't go away.
A full blown panic attack may not be very far away.
There are many, many fears and phobias and unnamed conditions that fall into the category of panic or anxiety attacks that I want to explore here in the future.
The details of some of the fears people have may seem trivial, or illogical, or just plain crazy, but if you are the one with this kind of problem it's no joke.
Many individual lives and many families are made miserable by trying to deal with panic related conditions.
There is help and it comes in various forms, including drugs, therapy, or self help courses.
But the first step is admitting you need help and then doing the research into your particular problem.
Knowledge can be best weapon sometimes and knowing you are not alone can be comforting in ways that you never realized.
Life is too short to be missing some of the best times because of these fears.
