Taco Pie
A camping recipe from Marilyn. The time for this depends, because you can prepare most of it at home and take it with you in plastic bags and just heat over the campfire. My kids love this one and ask for it often. At home, it can be heated in the oven on 350 F. for 15 minutes. Serve with salad or maxi fries.

For the filling, just fry the onion and beef till brown and add the taco seasoning, oxo's and water and cook till the water has dissipated. Mix the sauce in a separate pan. In a greased cast-iron skillet, place a soft burrito shell and add some of the meat mixture and cover with the cheese sauce. Do this for 5 more layers. On the top, after you add the meat and sauce, top with grated cheddar. Cook till heated all the way through and melted together.
Cut like a pie and garnish with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
Servings: 4-6
