Another effective technique is psychotherapy also known as "talk therapy.

There are three types of psychotherapy.
These are namely psycho education, cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal and social rhythms therapy.

Aside from your doctor, you can also consult a clinical psychologist, a social worker or an advanced practice registered nurse.
