Once panic attack hits, it can be alarming; however it does not usually cause any harm physically on the sufferer.
The scary stuff about panic or anxiety attacks is they may appear at random times and anywhere.
The attacks can be associated with a bubble.
Like a bubble, it slowly accumulates stress and anxieties and when it reached its peak it will burst then disappear without any medical attention.
During that short period of attack, the sufferer will experience the feeling of dying, suffocation, and heart attack.

Though panic attacks occur only for a few minutes or so, they should still be treated and given much attention.
Otherwise, the life of a person is affected greatly.

Panic attacks may indicate panic disorder, and depression.
The good news is this condition can be treated at home.
However, the symptoms are often similar to symptoms of serious illnesses such as heart attack and asthma.
Hence, everyone should be careful not to mistake panic attack from serious illnesses.
In case that the person has no serious illnesses, the attacks can be stop with few simple techniques.
These techniques are only applicable if the symptoms are from panic attacks.
The first step is relaxation.
In this step, you are required to remove all the tension in your muscles if possible.
The next step is reassurance.
Reassure yourself that everything would be fine.
While doing this, breathe deeply and then slowly release your breathing.
Release your breath like you are blowing a candle out.
If you want, you can place your hand directly on your stomach to feel your breathing.
Lastly, remind yourself that you can still breathe because you can still talk.
It is all in the state of mind and so you can beat the condition.
Keep in mind that if you have serious illnesses, you need medical attention.
