• Florida International University's (FIU) Department of Architecture emphasizes five main areas of study: design, history/theory, digital technology, building technology, and business practice. Students have an opportunity to study architecture in Genoa, Italy, as well as in Miami, exposing them to a range of cultural influences and histories of the field. Royal College of Art

• Based in London's Royal College of Art, the Architecture Department emphasizes the combination of experimentation with practicality in all its coursework and studies. Applicants must apply during spring and autumn sessions. Students become heavily involved with local and international design shows, and each year has three architectural design studios focused on producing designs and models for those shows. The University of Queensland

• Australia's University of Queensland offers both a bachelor's and master's degree in architecture. To gain admission into the master's program, students must have at least ten months of professional architectural experience, which can include international work.
