Sole F83 Treadmill Review

The Sole F83 is intended for those of you who are looking for an affordable treadmill, with high quality.
With a bigger motor, better display, more power, the Sole F83 still comes with the excellent folding features Sole treadmills are known for.
This treadmill also comes with an easy assist folding, safety lock deck, and horseshoe stabilizing base.
These features work hand in hand to make the folding and unfolding process of your treadmill the best way possible.
The Sole F83 treadmill, with the upgrade from cheaper models, gets a 3.
0HP continuous duty motor, which is capable of delivering speeds of up to 12mph and inclines for up to 15%.
Like other treadmills made by Sole, it has a speed and incline control on the arm rest so you can easily change the intensity of your workouts.
The deck of this treadmill comes with Cushion Flex shock absorption, which prevents you from having joint, knee, and ankle injuries.
Additionally, the 20" x 55" double woven 2 ply tread belt is big enough even for tall people.
You can expect to see your Speed, Incline, Time, Distance Traveled, Calories, Pulse and Pace at all times on the Sole F83's console, which is a tri color LED display with a message board for instructions and feedback.
Another added feature is the 1/4 mile track and a Peak and Valley graph for different programs.
With every purchase of a F83, a hand pulse grip and a wireless chest strap are included.
On top of that, the Heart Rate Control feature, when used, will automatically make adjustments to keep you in your target heart-rate zone during a workout.
Last but not least, the F83 is equipped with 6 auto programs, 2 user defined programs, and 2 separate heart rate control programs, which give you, the user, more variety and flexibility with your program choices.
Overall, this is a great home-use treadmill at an affordable price point.
Any typical home user should be satisfied by purchasing the Sole F83.
The only real disadvantage I can see from this unit is that it is a bit awkward in the folded-up position.
However, that is not anything specific to the F83 - that is more of a function of folding treadmills in general.
I would suspect that most typical home users will leave it folded down and only fold up to vacuum under it, move it to a different spot, etc.
