• Lay tables out with fresh flowers and designate guest seating assignments with potpourri sachets. Since this is a feminine theme, lots of flowers are essential around the area. • Near the bride’s seat, place a suitcase where personal presents for the couple may be put inside. Put up lots of travel posters and use printed tickets to different locations as placemats. Placeholders can be miniatures of travel vehicles like planes, trains or buses. Prepare a centerpiece basket filled with maps and silk or fresh flowers. • Guests should bring two bottles of wine. Place one in a wine rack for the party, while the other is given to the bride as a present. Guests can also opt to bring crackers, cheese or their favorite finger foods. Prepare some champagne for toasting. Dot the area with serving dishes of finger food, crackers and cheese. Place various dips, vegetables and finger food on the table. Tie ribbons in the wedding colors on the glasses. Hang artificial grapes from lighting fixtures and lamp bases. You can also hang vineyard pictures on the walls for an added effect.
