Tilting the Throwing Knife

• 1). Turn on your game console and start "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare." Select "Multiplayer" mode, then select "Play Online." Once at the online mode screen, select "Create a Class." Create a class equipped with a sniper rifle as the primary weapon and the throwing knife in the "Tactical Grenades" slot.
  
  
• 2). Enter a multiplayer match. Select the class equipped with the sniper rifle and throwing knife.
  
  
• 3). Fire your weapon, then immediately press and hold the button assigned to your throwing knife. Because sniper rifles produce high recoil, firing the weapon will tilt your throwing knife's aimed trajectory. As you continue to hold the throwing knife button down, the throwing knife reticule in the center of the screen will be at a tilted angle.
  
  
• 4). Release the throwing knife button almost immediately after you fire the sniper rifle to throw the knife on a tilted trajectory.
