The Weight Spotter Invention
- Weightlifting equipment such as the bench press require an individual to serve as a spotter. The spotter supports the weightlifter in raising and lowering the bar from its resting place and stands by to assist in an emergency. The Weight Spotter eliminates the need for a traditional spotter.
- The Weight Spotter has a feature that allows the weightlifter to roll the bar forward, away from the head and neck if the weight becomes too much.
- In addition to allowing an individual to train alone, the Weight Spotter allows a normal range of motion. The machine brings an element of safety to the gym, as it has the potential to reduce injury caused by the impact or crushing force of heavy weights. Additionally, it allows the user to easily perform as many repetitions as he wants and gives him the opportunity to safely attempt larger amounts of weight.
