Input list symptoms on WebMD, an excellent source of information. The interactive site allows you to pinpoint what may be the cause of your symptoms. You are not actually "asking" a question. However, you are getting to the root of your problem by inputting symptoms. Search online medical schools. There are over 400 teaching schools in the United States. Many of them are glad to answer questions for free, either through email or through their online websites.
