A lot of people questioned how Taylor Lautner was able to put on that much muscle in such a short time span. If anybody remembers Taylor before the Twilight days they will remember that he used be a short and slim guy, in fact he was billed at 5 foot 10 and 140lbs which is slim! Nowadays he is claimed to walk around at around 180lbs, some even claim more!
Inside source says he managed to gain 30lbs of lean muscle mass for the role of Jacob in Twilight but most people weren't sure just how he did it.
