Fitness Rowing Machine Exercise Equipment
Ever since I started working out on a regular basis, I've been really in to using fitness rowing machines.
There's just something so great about the rhythm of the exercise and I love how it works your muscles whilst being a cardio based exercise.
There are many different brands of rowers on the market and I've personally tried out many of them.
When I used to go to the gym I would workout on a York and I found it to be an okay piece of exercise equipment.
About a year back, I was having a hard time working out why I actually paid to go to the gym.
I mean, it took me half an hour each way to get there and I'd 45 minutes on the rower and treadmill and then have to drive all the way home again.
Plus, considering I only ever used two machines, I felt like I was paying for stuff which I wasn't using.
You see, the membership comes with swimming pool and tennis courts access and loads of other stuff.
And all I used was the treadmill and rowers! I figured out that is I stopped going to the gym, I'd soon be able to use that money to buy my own indoor rower.
And if I had just done that from the start I would have been able to buy at least 3pieces of exercise equipment! So a few weeks later I quit and went online to buy my first piece of exercise equipment.
I didn't know much about buying thus kind of stuff but came across a review of the Concept 2 rowing machine and decided that I wanted it.
The next day I went online again and purchased a Concept 2 fitness rowing machine.
I got it a few days later and was thrilled with my buy.
Then a friend of mine who was impressed with the rower decided to getone too.
Except he managed to buy a second hand one next to nothing and it worked just as well as mine did! From this experience I learnt that when your buying home fitness equipment, you need to research and shop around for a bargain.
I'm going to be buying a treadmill in the coming months and I'm already looking for a quality second hand one.
