Life has its ups and downs.
Sometimes the slide down is long and the ground where we will land it rough so we get seriously wounded when we hit on it.
This also makes the climb back up very steep and tedious.
But when it comes to love life, there are not only ups and downs but also twist and turns.
Falling from a pit could provide you no more way up.
Just remember that when you hit a road block, break it or get over it to make it on the other side.
If you can not, turn around and find anew path.
This is how it should be in a love relationship.
If it is broken, give your best to try fixing it.
Sometimes, you will need to sacrifice more than you have to make it work again.
You might need to change your attitude or your preferences.
However, if even you greatest effort in fixing your relationship produced no fixed relationship, then it means only one thing - move on from it.
Moving on after a break up is not easy.
It may take years or your ego before you can finally recover from it; but whatever happens, just do one thing for your self - move on.
Even the strongest people cry.
Crying is our body natural reaction when we are hurt physically or emotionally.
Crying helps us release the tension in us and decrease the pain we feel.
After a good cry, we can not deny that we feel good and light.
It seems that the load we are carrying has been taken away from us although it is still there.
So, when you are hurt, do not be ashamed to cry.
After a break up, you also need the company of a good friend.
Call them and tell them what happens, they will surely express their concern to you and will listen to whatever you have to tell them.
Telling someone about your feelings will also help you emotionally in dealing with stress.
Others even put it in writing.
It is not really important how and in what forms you want to express yourself.
What matters is that you express it.
It is bad for the health if you keep it to yourself.
Worst case scenario is that you might end up committing suicide.
Remember, a broken relationship breaks a relationship; it does not have to break you.
Instead, it should make a better you.
You can also ask for advices from friends who have gone through the same experience and are successful in making it through.
Ask for their help and they will surely guide you gladly on your way to recovery because they understand you and they know how it feels to be in your situation.
You can also listen to feel good music to pacify your mind.
But most of all, try to know your fault or your contribution to the break up.
Do this not to fix your broken relationship, but to make sure that you will make no more wrong moves on your next relationship.
Living is a continuous process of learning.
Learn something even from a failed relationship and build yourself from what you have learned.
Put it in your mind that moving on after a break up must make you a better and stronger person.
