Why is it so important to have a good follow through with your golf drive? This is a question golfers have asked many times and even though the person asking the question, knows this question is purely rhetorical because they already know the answer. The question they are really looking for an answer to is, How can I develop a correct follow through with my golf drives. Hundreds of golfers, Male and Female, will spend hours driving off a tee box, or at a driving range trying to develop a swing that gives them accuracy and distance. They will set themselves up in the correct swing position, they will take a few practice shots and then they will strike the ball.

Sometimes the ball will go somewhere close to where they intended it, but more times than not it will splay right across the fairway or driving range and nowhere near the distance they were looking for.
