If you want to know one example of candida elimination program, then I have a good case for you.
This article will discuss about candida fighting program.
This is based on a question from a reader.
She's just begun another attempted candida fighting program.
She has probiotics, Aloe Vera juice, Paul d'Arco bark, L-glutamine, Bentonite, Psyllium, and grape-fruit seed extract.
She is frustrated with her health of late.
She is gradually eliminating coffee from her diet.
She has gluten, dairy, and corn intolerance, so she is sticking mostly to rice, vegetables, whole grains, fish, and fruits (just apples and bananas), and though this may sound taboo, and nuts too.
Her question is this: Should she employ her entire medications at once, or is there a method to this madness that she should follow? If you have the similar situation as her, here's my opinion.
With fruit, bananas are about the worst in general in terms of feeding candida.
Apple/pear family is not really good, too.
A researcher showed that apple and pear are some of the most easily fermentable fruit, which is not good for candida sufferer.
It is also better to rotate the anti-fungals (four days each), get some inulin as a prebiotic, and cut the rest of the grains and fruit out.
Nuts are okay unless you're allergic and they're not pistachios, walnuts, or peanuts.
Definitely cut out the coffee cold turkey.
When you first quit it, you may have a constant headache for about 2 weeks, but afterward you'll feel better.
For substitute, drink a lot of herbal teas.
There is also a coffee substitute, "Babmu" is the most common brand, you can find it in most health food stores.
It's comprised of barley, acorns and figs and tasted quite a bit like coffee.
