  This jacket uses water-absorbing crystals inside the material to keep heat away from your dog. The jacket fabric wicks the heat away to keep your dog cool. The coat should be soaked in water before putting it on your dog to activate the heat absorbing crystals. An added benefit of the jacket is its red and yellow reflective stripe's nighttime visibility. The jacket converts to an insulated jacket when it is used in cold weather.
