How do I Find If Criminal Charges Are Filed Against Someone in Florida?
- 1). Go to the Florida Department of Law Enforcements site. Click on "Criminal History Records" located on the left under "Search Our Systems."
- 2). Click on the link "Florida criminal history search" in the upper-left portion of the chart. Then click on "Start your search."
- 3). Enter your credit card information, and click "Submit." This information is used only to validate payment and does not yet charge your card. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement does not retain your credit card information for security reasons.
- 4). Enter whatever information you have on the person you are searching for, including name, race, sex and birth date, if possible. Click on "Submit."
- 5). Validate the information you submitted, and accept the fee by reentering your credit card information. A receipt is provided to you along with all the information from the clerk of courts and the arresting agencies.
