Man in Locke pushes Desmond down a very deep well.

12. Adam and Eve
Man in Black kills the woman who'd been claiming to be his mother, then Jacob takes Man in Black and pushes him down in the creek by the light cave. Man in Black hits his head and floats face down into the light. The smoke monster flies out of the cave and a little later, Jacob finds Man in Black's body. He takes the body back to the cave dwelling and lays both bodies together with a white stone and a black stone.
Many years later, Jack and Kate find the decomposed bodies in the cave and Locke calls them, "Our very own Adam and Eve."

11. Jack is the One
As the bomb timer on the sub is counting down, Sayid goes to Jack and says, "Listen carefully. There's a well on the main island a half mile south of the camp we just left. Desmond's inside it. Locke wants him dead, which means that you're going to need him. Do you understand me?"
"And why are you telling me this?" Jack asks.
"Because it's going to be you, Jack." Sayid grabs the bomb and runs out.

10. Jack Kills Man in Locke
Man in Locke stands on the cliff by the ladder that leads to Jacob's cave. The boat is off shore. He grabs the ladder, but before he can climb down, Jack yells, "Locke!" They fight and then Kate shoots Man in Locke and Jack kicks him over the cliff.

9. Desmond Runs Over Locke
In the flash-sideways, as Locke wheels through the parking lot, Desmond purposely hits him with his car and Locke goes over the top of the car and lands on the concrete.

8. Ilana Blows Up
Ilana returns from the Black Rock with four sticks of dynamite. Hurley doesn't think they should blow up the plane and Ilana says, "Hugo, I'm looking out for your best interest. All of you." She slings her bag over her shoulder. "Nothing is more important than this. That thing is evil and God help us if it ever leaves the island, because if it does," she sets her bag down and it blows up. There is nothing left of her.

7. Sun and Jin Die
After the explosion on the sub, Sun is caught under debris as the sub fills with water. Jin can't get her free and stays with her as they both drown.

6. Sayid Sits Up
Sayid is dead after being drowned by the Others. Jack tries CPR, but to no avail. Several minutes later, Sayid sits up and asks what happened.

5. Flight 815
During the opening moments of the season 6 premiere, we see Jack on a plane. We soon learn that it's Flight 815 and most of our other Losties are there too, only things are a bit different this time around.
