Who Wears Adult Diapers?
Recently amongst some friends, and I was asked how my research was progressing with incontinence supplies.
As an incontinence products specialist, I'm always learning new things about incontinence products & other incontinence devices.
"I always thought I was the only one with this problem! Now I hear about it everywhere.
I see commercials, I hear radio ads...
and now I learn that you're...
" exclaimed, ahem "Nancy".
There was a bit of awkward silence, & our hostess said "Well (that understanding 'well' we all know).
" Nancy was stunned and had a strange expression of relief & reluctance on her face.
Thankfully, we're all a great group of friends & so we all started talking discussing our experiences.
You wouldn't believe it, but most of us had light incontinence - thanks to childbirth! What we all joked about whas - just when you think you're grown up, & you've finished with the diaper scene (diapering babies) - surprise! - now you're caught up in the world of adult diapers! Why are we seeing more ads for adult diapers, adult briefs, pull-ups, bladder control pads & incontinence liners? Because Incontinence is not choosy in whom it affects - it doesn't care how old you are.
Incontinence doesn't care how much (or little) you make, it doesn't care if you've volunteered your entire life - or not at all.
With our aging population of baby boomers, & our life spans getting longer, many of us are already sizing up adult diapers.
Surprise! it's not just seniors who incontinence products.
There are those who are physically challenged, those with infirmities and those who just plain like to wear them.
So, you're now facing the world of adult diapers.
Now you get to go to the local department or grocery store & hope they have your size.
You look for a good quality products that hold more than a sip of water.
Chances are - you won't find quality incontinence products in the stores - & they'll usually be out of your size.
But wait, there's a better way to do it.
Go online and find quality, hospital grade, adult diapers that hold enough volume to allow you to live life to it's fullest.
Don't allow incontinence to hold you back!
