Why I Decided to Work at Home
There are many reasons that motivated my wanting to work from the comfort of my own home.
Like many others out there, I too, wanted to start my own business and find success using internet marketing methods.
I was just out of undergrad when I got married and then got pregnant soon after.
My husband was in a graduate program, and neither of us had a job.
In fact, my husband was studying in foreign countries that did not allow non-nationals to hold employment.
The student loan money we received was just enough to make ends meet.
Needless to say, when we found about our sons arrival, we were extremely worried if we would have enough money.
We were able to squeak by, barely.
Fortunately, since we lived in a third-word country, health care was very cheap.
The labor, delivery, and hospital stay was only $100 USD, including all my medications, food for 4 days, and some other things.
The baby was very healthy so we were thankful for that.
But as the time passed, I began to notice something was not right with my body.
I had a decent OB-GYN, but there were not other doctors available that could have taken care of my issues.
I needed a surgery to fix what was wrong, and it cost many thousands of dollars without insurance.
I was very worried, as this was something that could not be let go.
If untreated, I may not have any other children, and may have even faced death as a possibility.
I was sicken.
I had no idea what to do.
My husband needed to finish his education to get a decent job.
He could not afford losing his student loans, since during the time, private loans were being canceled across the nation due to the economic effects.
What was I going to do? I also had my student loans that were coming due.
We needed baby things, clothing, gas for the car, electric bills to be paid, and food costs kept rising.
I was having a nervous breakdown.
God answered our prayers when I kept coming across stories about people making big through online marketing.
I dismissed it at first, but the idea would resurface.
So I did a little research and found others who were able to make a living online.
I decided to give it a try and am glad I did!
