How to Adjust a Glass Door to Close Without Slamming
- 1). Locate the adjustment hole covers at the bottom of the glass door on the right and left. The covers are on the interior of the door.
- 2). Pull the covers off. If necessary, use a small flat-head screwdriver to pry the covers out of the holes.
- 3). Adjust the rollers down with the Phillips screwdriver to tighten the door's movement. The screws are located inside the access holes. Tighten both screws an equal amount to keep the door from binding in the track.
- 4). Move the door open and closed to check the movement. Make additional adjustments if you're not satisfied. When you're satisfied, press the covers back into the holes.
