It is a very common occurrence that following a bad breakup you find it impossible to get your ex to return your calls and people want to know how that can be achieved.

It was totally unexpected.
I would really like to say thank you in person, so could you give me a quick call when you get the chance.
The result of this is that Bill will think that he has done something really good and that he will be rewarded for it, but he hasn't got a clue as to what he did.
So his mind will be working overtime and it will drive him nuts until he finds out what you want to thank him for.
Now this really is a perfect set up because he is very, very curious and is going to be thinking about you all the time until he makes the call.
However, this has to be very carefully planned out from the beginning because it is vital that you create a realistic reason for the call.
It must be something that is completely believable or your ex will see straight through the ploy and will feel cheated, which will only serve to push them further away than before.
So remember to plan everything out first in great detail.
