Wouldn't it be nice if we had the perfect toned abs? Tell you what; back in the day when I was always working out to achieve the perfect abs, I'd go to the gym every single day, I did this for about a month, after this month I didn't really notice a difference in my abdominal muscles, so I started to wondering what is the secret to achieving the perfect abs.
I was clueless, I searched for about a year before finding the secrets.
It turns out that secret was very simple and was right in front of my face the whole time, the secret is performing your abdominal workouts correctly, in such a way thats i's more effective than those long 2 hour workouts.

That's not what I'm about.
I'm all about performing effective abdominal workouts that can get your abs toned up to perfection in just a few weeks.
It's not easy, it's definitely hard work.
But I think the end result outweighs all the hard work you have to put in.
I'll give you an example of how performing the correct exercise in an effective way can you toned up abs.
Let's take the most common abdominal exercise ever - the crunch! To do an effective crunch you must; lie flat on your back, feet firmly on the ground with your knees bent slightly, hands by the side of your head - but make sure they're not touching your head.
Look up towards the ceiling and lift up towards the ceiling slightly, so your head is about 3 or 4 inches from the ground.
Remember this is not a sit up, so you shouldn't be working the hip pivots.
You lift towards the ceiling and back down, without touching the floor, rinse and repeat my potentially toned up workout buddy!
