How to Make the Ends of Your Kinky Twists Curly
- 1). Boil a small pot of water and pour some in your coffee mug, being careful not to pour too much. Gather all of your supplies and place them on a stable surface in the area where you will be standing.
- 2). Place your bath towel around your neck to protect the skin from getting burned.
- 3). Put all of your kinky twists into a loose ponytail by wrapping the ponytail holder around the hair once.
- 4). Choose a section of hair and release five kinky twists from your ponytail.
- 5). Place a rod on one of your kinky twists. Start from the tip of the twist and wrap the hair around the rod. Secure it in place by placing the cap of the rod on the top of the hollow end. Repeat this step on the other kinky twists until you have used all 5 rods.
- 6). Dip all 5 kinky twists into your mug of hot water one at a time. Grab your face towel and place it around your handful of dipped kinky twists and pull the hair out of the hot water. Set your mug back on the counter, keeping it away from the edge.
- 7). Blot the hot twists with your face towel to remove some of the moisture. Unfasten the rods and remove them. Repeat steps 4-7 until all of your kinky twists have been dipped in boiling hot water and curled.
