- 1). Make a reservation. Contact the car rental company of your choice and notify them of the day and time you wish to rent the car. If you are flying into Denver, contact the car rental company located at Denver International Airport to make your reservation.
- 2). Fill out the appropriate forms. Once at the car rental company, fill out forms that will you ask your name and contact information. You will be also asked to purchase insurance for your rental car. You can decline if your car insurance company covers rental cars. Present a valid credit card to serve as a deposit.
- 3). Inspect the vehicle. Walk around the car and check for scratches or dings in the body. Note any marks on the inspection form that they provide you so that you are not liable for any damage you are not responsible for. You can now leave with your rental car.
