Are you having anxiety attacks? Those nasty attacks that can strike anytime.
Sometimes, these attacks are so severe that you actually feel like you may be dying.
If you think you are suffering from this, it is very important that you learn the common anxiety attack symptoms.
Knowing what you are dealing with is the first step to finding relief.
The first sign of an attack is a feeling of anxiousness, quickly followed by your heart racing.
It is not uncommon at this point to feel like your heart is going to jump out of your chest.
The palms of the hand usually get sweaty and tingling is felt in the fingers and sometimes the toes.
You will probably have some type of temperature change in your body.
Either you will feel really cold or really hot.
It is not uncommon to feel nausea at this point either.
And then there is the cherry on this nasty sundae.
You feel like you cannot breathe.
Almost like someone has taken the breath from you.
Maybe you are even having chest pain from the anxiety.
The feeling of not being able to breathe is pretty hard to explain.
It can get to the point where even having clothes on seems too constricting on your breath.
Typically, the attack will pass on it's own, even though the actual time frame can range from a few hours to a day or more.
If you think you are having anxiety attacks, you should speak with your doctor first.
The last thing you want to do is think you are having an attack when there is really another medical condition going on.
