Eat Lots Of Food The number one reason people who are skinny stay that way, is because they don't eat enough.
This can come from several reasons, like they don't know they have to eat more, they can't eat more, and so on.
I'm here to tell you that this notion has to stop.
To be able to put on weight, you have got to churn in on that food.
If you can't get enough food through the day, drink a gallon of milk.
This usually does the trick for most, just adding a gallon of milk a day.
Just remember to eat when you are to put on weight, don't worry so much about how healthy the food is, although the you should try to eat healthy, just add some unhealthy stuff if you can't seem to gain enough.

Exercise Regulary And Hard This is a no brainer.
When people want to gain weight, they off course would like the weight gain in muscles.
I have yet to see a person who wants to gain fat though.
But now is the time to be hitting the gym, and I mean hitting it hard.
When you are eating more and gaining weight, you also get an excess of energy, and this can be used to break old records in the gym.
Try to go for new top lifts and really be all you can be when you are working out.

Get Enough Rest Last but not least, rest.
You have to let the body recoup from each workout and maybe some eating too.
If you don't leave it alone for sometime, it won't be able to use all the excess food and exercise to be able to build up your muscle mass.
Be sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
