Hybrid Training- A Review

A daily rep or work out is the way to keeping fit, but the process is so slow that most of us are bound to get a bit antsy after a few sessions. It is but human nature to expect results overnight and until now the way to speed up the process has been out of our reach. But now with the Hybrid Training' by Nick Nilsson, it seems that we may well be in reach of that improbable target. This e-book is all about how we can get the maximum from our workouts. The author has clearly researched his subject in detail, for the Hybrid Training' provides us with new ways by which we can optimize our exercises and get fit within a short space of time.

The Hybrid Training' provides us with a new take on exercises and on how to get the best of most of them. Most of us exercise for keeping fit or for transforming some of that flab into a muscled tone. But whatever the reason may be, the fact is that most of the exercises tend to have a weak point or two. As a result of this, muscles do not get developed as quickly as we would like them to. But with this e-book, Nick Nilsson has shown us the way by which we can optimize our workouts. The key to this lies in by mixing up a variety of exercises so that overall muscle development takes place at a rapid click. The best part is that most if not all of the exercise drills listed in this e-book does not require any new fancy equipment since they are based on all the old exercises. In other words, we should be able to put these techniques to test by using the same old gym accessories.

The Hybrid Training' provides us with an exhaustive list of workouts and these exercises are designed in such a way so as to exercise the muscles in full without allowing them to relax. To say that these exercises would be tad' difficult would be the understatement of the day. After all, no pain, no gain seems to be the universal principle when it comes to exercises. With the drills and workouts listed here, we should be able to develop our muscles more effectively than we would have done with the old workouts.

It is one thing to multi task but totally another when it comes to working out two or multiple exercises at the same time. The Hybrid Training' is not the book for those who prefer to take the easy route [not that such a route ever exists in the world of workouts]. With 17 years of training and 9 years as a personal trainer under his belt, Nick has shown us the way by which we can aim to get the best out of our simple workout sessions. This e-book comes with 88 exercise videos that should help us understand the concept as well as help us duplicate the sessions at our homes or the neighborhood gym. Effectiveness as well as multi tasking is what this book is all about. Definitely worth a read!
