Wondering how to heal Sapphiron? Here are a few tips that can help you heal the fight successfully   Sapphiron is one of those fights that have constant damage one your entire raid, as well as burst damage on the tank that is taking the brunt of the damage.
  So how do you heal it? It's pretty simple when you follow a few ground rules.
  #1 - Keep a healer on the tank at all times.
 You should have one person who is responsible for keeping the tank up.
 Don't leave it to chance, put somebody on the tank.
 This will make the fight infinitely easier.
  Once somebody is on the tank at all times then you know the other healer doesn't have to even worry about him.
 In fact, they barely have to look at his health.
 They can fully tend to the Frost damage that is occurring from Sapphiron's aura.
  #2 - The aura that Sapphiron has will be affecting everybody in the raid.
 This has to be healed consistently or everybody will slowly die.
 Having somebody who has Heal over Times will be useful, such as Renew, or a Druid's Regrowth / Rejuvenation.
 You basically just want to keep the entire group up.
  The damage itself isn't severe at all, but if you try and deal with it too late then people will surely die.
  #3 - Have the close quarters combat raid members, such as Warriors or Rogues, stand within close proximity of each other.
 That way you can heal them all very quickly with radius heals such as Circle of Healing, Wild Growth, or anything else that can get them all healed up together.
