I found out about this campground on the Internet, and I RV camped there in September 2009.

Describe your camping trip:

We wanted to get away for Labor Day weekend, and past KOAs have been great.

Pros: The bathrooms were new, and they were willing to deliver our ice and wood. They had lots of activities planned for the weekend.

Cons: The space between sites was very very small. I could hear my nieghbors talk in the site next to ours while in our camper and they were in theirs.


If they had an awning, they were unable to use it, because the campers were too close together. There also was a train that regularly ran past the campground very loud. The pool rules were not enforced at all. When I told management that the spa water was below the skimmer in the spa, he commented that he turns it off on busy weekends, because it just doesn't keep enough water in it. Could it be that there were six too many kids in it?

Nearby attractions: Duluth has many attractions.

Further comments: I will not go back to this campground. I was very disappointed with the whole experience there.
