How to Access a Ladder Cage
- 1). Locate the entrance to the ladder. There will be two entrances: one on top of the structure it is attached to, and one on the bottom of the structure.
- 2). Check the opening to find out if there is a panel door or a cage gate preventing you from accessing the internal ladder. If there is, proceed to the next step.
- 3). Open the gate or panel by sliding the metal latch at the side of the panel or gate in. This will let you open the panel or gate. If the gate or panel is secured with a padlock, proceed to the next step.
- 4). Acquire the key to the lock from the owner of the lock. Insert the key into the lock and remove the lock to have access to the cage ladder.
