Three Causes of Cellulite

Cellulite is a condition that can occur within the skin that can cause the skin to lose the firm appearance and cause the appearance of dimples within the skin.
These dimples are caused from fat cells which accumulate through the inner layers of the skin and therefore cause the breakdown of the connective tissue which leads to the appearance of firm skin.
Without the appearance of firm skin, the dimples can be difficult to remove - almost impossible.
Here are some of the main causes of cellulite within the inner layers of the skin that lead to the dimpled appearance that can be associated with cellulite: Diet can be one of the main causes of cellulite as the fats and toxins which are found in the body accumulate within the inner layers of the fat cells of the skin.
These inner layers of the skin contain the fat cells, which cause the dimpled appearance of the skin above these layers when a high level is consumed.
The high levels of fat can contribute to cellulite as it increases the amount of fat and fluid retention which is stored throughout the layers of the skin.
Simply reducing the amount of fats which are consumed within the diet can reduce the chances of developing cellulite within the inner layers of the skin.
Fats which are most commonly stored through these areas and contribute to cellulite include animal fats, as well as saturated fats.
Another common cause of cellulite is thought to be excessive estrogen and other hormonal imbalances within the body.
When there is an excess of the hormone estrogen within the body, it can reduce the quality of the connective tissues within the skin, thereby causing the skin cells to become prone to cellulite and the buildup of fat within the skin, causing the signature dimpled appearance of the skin once cellulite has become present through the inner layers.
The third most common cause of cellulite is poor circulation within the body and therefore the skin cells are unable to remove the toxins from the body.
When there is poor circulation within the body, the cells within the skin can easily accumulate toxins, as well as easily accumulating fat within the inner cells of the skin.
This can cause the skin to fill with fluid, as well as being susceptible to filling with fat cells and therefore can cause the dimpled and wrinkled appearance of the skin once the cellulite has developed.
