- 21s - For this workout you will have to get a barbell and will have to place some weight on it.
After that you will have to hold the barbell with your palms and you should face upwards while doing it.
When you are doing this workout the shoulders should be wide apart otherwise the exercise will be of no use.
If you are a beginner then it is better that you practice it in sets of seven and you must not take rest when you have started a set. - Hangover barbell curls - This is basically a bench press where you have to kneel over an inclined bench and your chest should lean against your back with the arms hanging on the other side.
In this position you will have to hold the barbell with the shoulders stretching a bit wide and the arms should be in a right angle position to the chest.
In this posture you will have to curl the barbell a minimum of 8 times in one set. - Reverse grip curls with cable - in this exercise you will have to hold the barbell on a cable machine with your palms, and you will have to face down.
The hands should be in a position that is slightly lower than the shoulder and in this posture you will have to curl the straight attachment. - Inclined dumbbell curls - For this workout you will have to sit down on an inclined bench.
You must have dumbbells in your hand and you should place your hands at your sides.
Now in this position you can do the regular hammer curls by keeping the palms facing the body or the regular curls where the palms would be facing up.
You can even do the supinating curls where the workout starts with the palms facing the body and when you are half way through the movement you will have to turn them to face upwards.
Whichever you choose you will have to do it a minimum of 8 times in one set.
