Today's time of strain and stress is causing many people to search for a natural cure for anxiety and stress.
Stress and Anxiety levels are reaching above average heights and with pharmaceutical drugs being harmful to our health, a natural cure is a must.
We need a way that we can return to our normal life and have a bit of freedom and peace of mind from the stress we have in our lives.
Signs and Symptoms: Since anxiety can manifest in a multitude of different ways its hard to determine why anxiety manifests one way in one person but completely different in another person.
There are however a set of common signs and symptoms that when spotted or observed, can be a clear indication that an anxiety attacks is about to occur.
In my own experience, whenever my voice started to tremble, or my hands started to shake it was clear that I was about to have an anxiety attack, which I would then have to excuse myself from the situation to have a moment to recover.
Look for any of the following signs in your day-to-day experience to help you anticipate the onset of an anxiety attack: -Poor Concentration -Feeling Restless -Irritable -Muscle Tension and Twitching -Spontaneous Sweating -Constant Worrying -Feeling of tightness in your chest -Mental Fog -Feeling sick and nauseous -Headaches -Pain in the Jaw -indigestion -Feeling impatient Natural Cure for Anxiety: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Through my own experience medications, and Psychotherapists only worked to an extent.
I found that after awhile I started becoming immune to certain drugs, and I generally wouldn't feel myself - something just wasn't 'right' with how I felt.
So I decided to give psychotherapy a try and I found it was beneficial to the extent that I was able to go.
And in all honesty with the recent economic down-turn my finances have been limited so visits to the therapist were infrequent due to pricey nature.
But I hadn't given up hope just yet.
I was determined to rid myself of my anxiety one way or another.
That is when I discovered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
CBT is a widely used form of treatment for those suffering from anxiety, depression, panic attacks and other disorders.
Luckily for me I stumbled upon a self help program that literally walked me through the steps to overcoming my anxiety.
The program was developed by an ex-sufferer of Panic and Anxiety, and through his method I was able to start taking control of my life.
Over a couple week period I not only saw, but my family saw drastic changes in my interpersonal behavior.
The program taught me several techniques and methods, too numerous to mention here, that taught me how to identify my anxiety at it's root and then how to control it so that it wouldn't manifest unwantingly in a situation where I could easily embarrass myself - talking to my Boss for example.
The Self-Help program I found is called 'Panic Away' and since the time of finding it I've been getting a little piece of my life back every time I use it's methods and techniques.
It's really great how I discovered that my personal anxiety was at the root of a seriously low-self esteem problem.
I couldn't help but feel like people were always watching every little move I made, and judging and critiquing it's value.
This program taught me how to identify my fears and simply realize that they have no basis in reality and that I was imagining things that weren't real that would eventually lead to serious anxiety attacks that would leave me looking for the nearest exit.
So if you are also having problems with anxiety, or panic attacks then I would strongly recommend either the use of this program, or another CBT program that can help you get to the root of your own Anxiety problems.
This is serious stuff and the results are great when used and practiced.
Keep your head up high because anxiety and panic attacks can be gotten rid of permanently!
