Grilled Shrimp
A camping recipe from Robin. Great with Parmesan Pasta or Couscous.

Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. In a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine minced garlic, parsley flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add shrimp to Ziploc bag and mixture. Make sure that all shrimp are coated. Remove as much air from Ziploc as possible, and store in refrigerator until ready to grill. Grill until shrimp are white and tails have turned pink. About 2 or 3 minutes per side.
Tip: Use wooden skewers that have been soaked in water to grill several shrimp at a time.
It makes turning the shrimp on the grill much easier.
Servings: 4-6

- 1 pound large shrimp (deveined and peeled)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 3-4 tablespooons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
