Simply select an object such as a car, a building, a sofa and slowly trace your eyes around the perimeter of the object 3 or 4 times.
This allows our eyes to remain mobile and teaches them to look without darting from one object to the next but instead to move smoothly.
Once you have traced around the object 3 or 4 times, you will notice that it becomes more clear and brighter.
