I found out about this campground from a road sign, and I RV camped there in March 2010.
Describe your camping trip:
The campground is big, 106 sites. Long pull throughs, which will fit about any rig.
Pros: Close to highway, but if you don't look at the signs, you can miss it. Looks like they have cable and Wi-Fi.
Cons: Electricity was bad. I never was asked if I wanted 50 or 30 amps.
I assumed they would know by my rig, and I was wrong. My site was not level, I had to put blocks under the jacks. I asked for a site so I could use the roof mounted satellite dish, maybe that is why they gave me the 30 amp site. The counter person said this was a very good site to get satellite. They were wrong. I had to pull out the portable.
Nearby attractions:
Further comments: Roads are narrow and were wet, but I believe it did rain here today. I hit a hole full with water, which sent the rig rocking enough to open doors and drawers. I was just starting from a stop and was traveling about 3 mph.
