Colors

• The delivery stork is usually represented with a sex-themed delivery cap (blue for boys and pink for girls) and with a yellow or orange beak and legs, so you could use white and pink or blue (as the case may be) as your color scheme for party decoration. You can also introduce touches of yellow and orange to the decorations by setting out bowls of oranges or vases of yellow daisies.
  
  

Star of the Party

• Rent or purchase a stork sign to put in the front of the facility so that guests will have no problem recognizing the area where the shower is being held. If you prefer, you can also use a stork decoration inside the house to stand tall and proud by the guest table.
  
  

Fun Themed Touches

• Incorporate the stork theme into the food by including candy that serves as both decoration and snacks. Serve white mints or yogurt-coated raisins and call them stork eggs. White-, pink-, blue- and yellow-colored candies work perfectly with the stork baby shower colors.
  
  

Considerations

• Stork signs serve as new baby gender announcements as well as shower decorations. If the gender of the baby is unknown, make sure to choose a sign that features gender-neutral colors.
