How to Make a Coffee Sock
- 1). Cut the hook and twisted section from the hanger.
- 2). Straighten the triangular area of the hanger into a long, straight section. Fold the straight section in half.
- 3). Form a 3-inch-diameter circle at the folded end. Twist the circle base to secure it in place. Twist the length of the protruding wire to create a reliable handle.
- 4). Place the sock inside out into the 3-inch circle. Loop the rim of the sock around the circle.
- 5). Sew tightly around the circle to create a strong bond between the sock and the wire and secure the sock in place.
- 6). Pull the sock through the circle until it is right side out. The threading will be along the underside of the sock.
