How to Report Citizenship Fraud
- 1). Locate the closest U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Investigation field office at this link:

The ICE Office of Investigation is specially tasked with investigating various types of immigration fraud, which are predominantly characterized as either document fraud (falsifying a document) or benefit fraud (misrepresentation in the immigration process). - 2). Click on the red dot on the U.S. map that is nearest to your location. You are taken to the specific address and contact information of that field office.
- 3). Call your local field office, and report the offense to a Special Agent in Charge (SAC). Although you aren't required to provide information about yourself or specific details about the perpetrator, you should provide as much detail as possible about why you believe the perpetrator committed citizenship fraud. This ensures that the office can conduct a proper investigation. It is also recommended that you provide any information that might be helpful in locating the perpetrator.
