It will also enlighten readers as to what the commission does when there isn't a need for presidential debates. This organization is most active every four years, but fills in the time with research and forums for people who study presidential and vice presidential debates.

• 3). Contact the sponsors of the debates. These sponsors will have insight into the work the commission does and additional ways to reach out and contact the commission and the people who serve on the board of the commission.
